How to send the required documents?
Please check the examples below of how to send the required personal documents. Any blurred photo images will be rejected.
1.Driver´s License
The photo shown in the driver´s license, issue date, birth date, expiration date, full name and driver´s license type, all should be clear and legible. Blurry pictures will be rejected.
2.Background check sheet
The issue date must be legible. Any blurry pictures will be rejected. This document needs to be updated every 3 months.
3.Permission for circulation (Marchamo)
The issue date must be legible. Any blurry pictures will be rejected.
4.Vehicle´s photograph (front showing plate number)
Photo of the plate number must be clear and legible. Any blurry pictures will be rejected.
5.Photo for your app profile.
The profile photo should show entire face and head, preferably with a clear or neutral background. Try using natural light and avoid intense flashlights. Avoid selfies showing your arm holding the camera. If possible use a timer or ask someone to take the picture for you.
