Boon has a zero-tolerance policy for driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you reasonably suspect that a Boon driver was intoxicated during the course of your ride, please contact Support (accessible in the menu through your app) or email us A Boon support member will respond to your complaint within 24 hours. We take your safety very seriously -- after a zero-tolerance complaint is filed, we will promptly suspend the driver and investigate further.
