To ensure the security of your account we place a small charge on your credit/debit card when added to your Boon Passenger App.
The amount placed on your account is ¢400 and is used to verify your account.
Once we verify your card, the charge will be automatically refunded within 30 minutes. Depending on your bank, this amount should show up on your bank statement immediately. If it is taking longer, we recommend contacting your bank.
How to Verify
Once you've added a payment method, you’ll be able to request a ride in the Boon app.
We only accept Visa, MasterCard and/or American Express credit or debit cards.
