Sometimes, accidents happen. We have had some riders get sick or make a mess in the cab. We’ve all been there, so we sympathize. If this happens though, the driver has to clean up their car and take time away from driving. Often, this takes many hours of labor.
To compensate the driver, we make a charge of ¢5,000* to the Boon user which is transferred to the driver for the time and expenses of cleaning the vehicle.
